Flat air-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber

There are two options for the conventional xenon lamp aging test box on the market, one is the flat air-cooled xenon lamp aging test box, and the other is the rotating water-cooled xenon lamp aging test box.

Why do air-cooled xenon lamp aging test chambers have more flat-panel structures? However, there are also individual customers who say that their counterparts make vertical rotating air-cooled xenon lamps for them. From a professional perspective, it is not recommended to design this way, because the vertical rotating type can only use one lamp tube and one lamp tube. Generally, higher power is required, usually 6KW, but air cooling uses wind to cool the lamp tube. Generally, air cooling cannot cool the lamp with such a high power.

Commonly used air-cooled lamps are 1.5KW, 1.8KW, and the enhanced version is 2.5KW. If you use too low power and only one tube, the effect may not be achieved. If you use high-power air-cooled cooling The effect is not good and the lamp tube is easily damaged. Therefore, it is not recommended to make an air-cooled vertical rotating xenon lamp test box. This is the reason why the air-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber has a flat structure.
